The person, whose id wasn’t launched, was detained in The Hague early Saturday night and brought to a police station for questioning, police spokeswoman Marije Kuiper mentioned.
The victims, two 15-year-old women and a 13-year-old boy, had been handled in a hospital and launched late Friday. Police mentioned in an announcement that they didn’t know each other.
